Okay. Last Friday I made a meal plan for this week. I planned everything from Breakfast, 2 snacks, lunch and dinner. And I was proud. Then I got sick. I've been home from work for 2 days and, needless to say, I have not been following that meal plan.
Grr! My goal was the follow that plan all week and then I feel like I accomplished something. I even had all my dinners as new recipes that I was excited to try. /-:
Oh well. I'll need to shift the dinners down, so I guess I'll have meal plans for Saturday and Sunday--which is good.
Here's hoping the rest of the week goes as planned.
